Reel Adventure Booking

Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: January 23, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy governs access to and use of the Reel Adventure Booking website, mobile interfaces, booking systems, captain onboarding tools, messaging features, and all related services provided through the Platform.

This Policy applies to all visitors, Customers, Captains, Operators, and any other person who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not an account is created.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, submitting information, making or accepting a Booking, listing a Trip, sending messages, uploading documents, or otherwise using any Platform feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. This Policy forms part of and is incorporated into the Customer Booking Terms and Conditions and the Captain and Operator Listing Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to this Acceptable Use Policy, you must not access or use the Platform.

Reel Adventure Booking reserves the right to monitor, investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate Platform access where conduct violates this Policy, creates risk to users, harms marketplace integrity, or exposes the Platform to legal or regulatory liability.

This Acceptable Use Policy is intended to promote lawful, safe, respectful, and fair use of the Platform. It establishes rules for behavior, content, communications, technical access, financial conduct, and compliance integrity to protect Customers, Captains, Operators, and the Platform itself.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes mandatory standards of conduct for all use of the Reel Adventure Booking Platform. The purpose of this Policy is to protect the integrity, safety, reliability, and fairness of the Platform and to ensure that all Customers, Captains, Operators, and visitors interact with the Platform in a lawful, respectful, and secure manner.

This Policy applies to every form of Platform access and activity, including browsing, account registration, Trip listings, Booking activity, messaging, document uploads, payment interactions, identity verification workflows, review submissions, marketing features, and any other service made available through the Platform.

Compliance with this Policy is a condition of continued access to the Platform. Any violation may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access, cancellation of Bookings or Listings, withholding of payouts where permitted by law, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

This Policy operates in conjunction with the Customer Booking Terms and Conditions, the Captain and Operator Listing Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any additional Platform policies. Where a conflict exists, the applicable Terms and Conditions control, but this Policy remains enforceable as a behavioral and usage standard.

2. General Use Requirements

All users of the Platform must use Reel Adventure Booking services in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner. You are required to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations when accessing or using the Platform.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, submitting a Listing, making a Booking, uploading documents, or communicating through the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide remains accurate and promptly updated if changes occur.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit others to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized access or security compromise, you must notify Reel Adventure Booking promptly.

You must use the Platform only for its intended purposes. Customers may use the Platform to browse Listings, communicate with Captains and Operators, and make legitimate Bookings. Captains and Operators may use the Platform to submit Listings, upload required documentation, communicate with Customers, and manage Trip operations as permitted by Platform tools.

Any attempt to use the Platform for purposes unrelated to legitimate Booking, Listing, or Platform-supported activities is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities

Reel Adventure Booking prohibits conduct that undermines Platform safety, integrity, legality, fairness, or user trust. You may not use the Platform, or any information obtained through the Platform, for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose. The following activities are prohibited whether attempted directly, indirectly, through another person, through automated means, or through off-platform communications arising from Platform activity.

3.1 Fraud, Misrepresentation, and Deceptive Conduct

You may not engage in fraud or deception, including by providing false or misleading information, impersonating another person or entity, misrepresenting identity, licensing status, vessel ownership, trip availability, trip quality, pricing, cancellation terms, or any other material information relevant to Platform use or a Booking.

You may not submit fabricated documentation, falsified credentials, altered records, or misleading claims in any Listing, onboarding submission, verification process, support request, dispute, or communication.

3.2 Payment Misuse, Chargeback Abuse, and Financial Manipulation

You may not misuse the Platform's payment systems or attempt to manipulate transactions. Prohibited conduct includes initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith, submitting false refund claims, disputing legitimate charges without a valid basis, or engaging in any activity intended to avoid fees, obtain free services, or extract funds through deception.

You may not use stolen payment methods, unauthorized payment instruments, or another person's financial information without permission. You may not create multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers, manipulate fees, evade enforcement actions, or conceal fraud-related activity.

3.3 Circumvention and Off-Platform Booking Conduct

You may not attempt to bypass the Platform's booking flow, payment systems, or fee structure. Prohibited circumvention includes soliciting, encouraging, or directing another user to book, pay, or transact outside the Platform when the relationship originated through the Platform or where the purpose is to avoid Platform fees, monitoring, or dispute protection.

You may not use Platform messaging, Listing content, reviews, or any other Platform feature to distribute off-platform payment instructions, redirect users to alternative booking systems, or encourage cancellation and rebooking off-platform.

3.4 Harassment, Threats, and Abusive Behavior

You may not harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or abuse any person in connection with Platform use. Prohibited behavior includes aggressive language, repeated unwanted contact, coercion, retaliation, sexual harassment, or any conduct that creates a hostile environment for Customers, Captains, Operators, or Platform staff.

You may not retaliate against any person for submitting a complaint, dispute, chargeback, safety report, or review.

3.5 Discrimination and Hate-Based Conduct

You may not use the Platform to engage in hateful, discriminatory, or exclusionary conduct. This includes discriminatory statements, harassment, or denial of service based on legally protected characteristics, to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy prevents lawful safety-based restrictions that are necessary for Trip suitability, vessel capacity, lawful fishing requirements, or other legitimate operational considerations, provided they are applied in a lawful and non-discriminatory manner.

3.6 Unauthorized Access and Security Interference

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, Platform systems, or related infrastructure. Prohibited conduct includes hacking, credential stuffing, password cracking, probing, scanning, bypassing access controls, exploiting vulnerabilities, or attempting to interfere with authentication or security mechanisms.

You may not interfere with, disrupt, degrade, or impair Platform services, servers, networks, or systems, including through denial of service activity, traffic flooding, or deliberate overuse of Platform resources.

3.7 Data Scraping, Automated Extraction, and Misuse of Information

You may not scrape, harvest, copy, or extract Platform content, listings, pricing information, reviews, customer data, or other information through automated means without Reel Adventure Booking's express authorization. You may not use bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or other automated methods to access, index, or collect Platform data for competitive analysis, resale, or unauthorized commercial use.

You may not use personal information obtained through the Platform for purposes unrelated to a legitimate Booking, Trip delivery, or Platform-supported operations. This includes using contact information for unsolicited marketing, lead generation, spam, or unrelated business solicitation.

3.8 Malware, Harmful Code, and Platform Abuse Tools

You may not upload, transmit, introduce, or distribute viruses, malware, spyware, ransomware, or any other harmful code. You may not use the Platform to host or transmit harmful scripts, malicious links, or deceptive content intended to steal credentials, redirect users, or compromise devices.

3.9 Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not upload, post, transmit, or otherwise use content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others. You may not copy Platform content, branding, user interface elements, proprietary text, or proprietary systems except as permitted by the applicable Terms.

You may not use trademarks, logos, branding, or marketing materials in a manner that suggests affiliation with Reel Adventure Booking or another party without authorization.

3.10 Misuse of Reporting, Complaint, or Safety Systems

You may not submit false reports, fabricated safety complaints, malicious dispute claims, or knowingly inaccurate allegations intended to harm another user or manipulate Platform decisions. You may not obstruct investigations, refuse reasonable cooperation, or attempt to intimidate witnesses or participants involved in a safety or dispute review.

4. Booking and Listing Conduct

All Bookings and Listings must be made and maintained in a truthful, transparent, and good-faith manner. Reel Adventure Booking prohibits conduct that misleads users, distorts marketplace fairness, undermines payment integrity, or interferes with the Platform's ability to provide reliable booking services.

4.1 No False or Misleading Listings

Captains and Operators may not create, publish, or maintain any Listing that is false, misleading, incomplete, or deceptive. Listings must accurately describe the Trip and the vessel experience, including material details such as trip type, duration, meeting location, pricing, inclusions and exclusions, capacity, trip requirements, and any material restrictions.

A Listing may not include false claims about licensing, credentials, insurance coverage, vessel condition, safety equipment, availability, or experience level. Misrepresenting Trip details or omitting material information that a reasonable Customer would consider important is prohibited.

4.2 No Manipulation of Pricing, Availability, or Platform Tools

You may not manipulate pricing or availability in a manner intended to deceive users or distort marketplace fairness. Prohibited conduct includes posting a price that you do not intend to honor, using bait-and-switch pricing, creating artificial scarcity, or repeatedly changing availability or terms to evade cancellation consequences or refund outcomes.

You may not misuse scheduling tools, capacity controls, shared-seat features, deposit options, auto-pay options, or any other Platform feature to misrepresent availability, alter the economic terms of a Booking after confirmation without proper disclosure, or pressure a user into off-platform payment.

4.3 No Off-Platform Solicitation or Circumvention

You may not solicit, encourage, or direct another user to transact outside the Platform for any Trip that is listed on the Platform or for any relationship that originated through the Platform. This prohibition applies before, during, and after a Booking and includes attempts to move communications or payment off-platform in order to avoid Platform fees, reduce dispute oversight, or bypass Platform policies.

This restriction includes, without limitation, sharing off-platform payment links, directing Customers to external booking sites for the same Trip, asking for deposits outside the Platform, or canceling a Platform Booking to rebook privately.

4.4 No Fake Bookings, Fake Accounts, or Booking Abuse

You may not create fake Bookings, fake user accounts, or artificial activity designed to inflate demand, improve listing placement, manipulate ranking, obtain promotional benefits, or mislead other users. You may not use multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions or to conceal improper activity.

You may not reserve capacity without intent to complete a Booking, cancel repeatedly to disrupt a Captain's availability, or otherwise misuse Booking tools in a way that harms other users or the Platform.

4.5 Review and Reputation Integrity

You may not manipulate ratings or reviews. Prohibited conduct includes generating fake reviews, soliciting reviews from non-customers, offering incentives for positive reviews, threatening or pressuring users to remove or modify reviews, retaliating against users for reviews, or coordinating campaigns intended to distort reputation metrics.

Captains and Operators may respond to reviews only in a professional manner and may not disclose personal information, threaten reviewers, or use review responses to solicit off-platform bookings.

4.6 Good-Faith Participation and Cooperation

All users must participate in Bookings in good faith. Customers must not misrepresent party size, eligibility, or booking intent. Captains and Operators must not accept Bookings they do not intend to honor. Both parties must cooperate reasonably with Platform inquiries involving refunds, disputes, fraud investigations, safety issues, or policy enforcement, including by providing accurate information when requested.

5. Communications Standards

Communications through or in connection with the Platform must remain professional, respectful, and limited to legitimate purposes related to Bookings, Trip coordination, customer support, and Platform operations. Reel Adventure Booking prohibits communications that are abusive, deceptive, intrusive, or that misuse Platform messaging tools.

5.1 Professional and Respectful Communication

You must communicate in a respectful and professional manner with Customers, Captains, Operators, and Platform staff. You may not use threatening, harassing, intimidating, obscene, or discriminatory language. You may not engage in repeated unwanted contact, coercion, retaliation, or pressure tactics.

Captains and Operators must not use communications to intimidate Customers regarding disputes, refunds, chargebacks, complaints, safety issues, or reviews. Customers must not harass Captains or Operators regarding pricing, cancellations, or operational decisions.

5.2 No Spam, Unsolicited Promotions, or Unrelated Solicitation

You may not use Platform messaging or contact information obtained through the Platform to send spam, mass marketing, unsolicited promotions, political messaging, or any other communications unrelated to a legitimate Booking, Trip coordination, or Platform-supported activity.

You may not use Platform communications to solicit unrelated business opportunities, recruit individuals for outside services, or direct users to competing marketplaces or third-party booking systems.

5.3 No Off-Platform Payment Instructions or Circumvention Messaging

You may not use communications to solicit or facilitate off-platform payment, deposits, or booking arrangements that bypass Platform checkout, Platform policies, or Platform fees. This includes sending payment links, instructions to pay in cash outside disclosed options, alternative invoices, or external booking URLs for the same Trip.

Any attempt to move a Platform-originated transaction off-platform is prohibited and may result in immediate enforcement action.

5.4 Protection of Personal Information

You may not request, collect, or share personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to coordinate a Booking and Trip. You must not request sensitive information such as full payment card details, bank account numbers, social security numbers, passport numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through Platform messaging.

You must not disclose another user's personal information publicly or to unauthorized third parties. Captains and Operators must use Customer contact information only for legitimate Trip-related purposes and must not retain or repurpose Customer contact details for unrelated marketing or solicitation.

5.5 No Impersonation or Misrepresentation in Communications

You may not impersonate Reel Adventure Booking, another user, a government authority, a marina operator, or any other person or entity. You may not misrepresent facts, policies, cancellation rights, refund obligations, licensing status, insurance status, or safety requirements in communications.

5.6 Platform Moderation and Records

Communications sent through Platform tools may be monitored, reviewed, and retained for customer support, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety review, and policy enforcement purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy. Reel Adventure Booking may restrict messaging privileges, remove content, or take enforcement action where communications violate this Policy.

6. Content Standards

Content submitted, uploaded, published, or transmitted through the Platform must be lawful, accurate, and appropriate for a marketplace connecting Customers with fishing charter Trips. This section applies to all user-generated content, including Listings, photos, descriptions, messages, reviews, profile details, documents, and any other materials submitted through Platform tools.

6.1 Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading.
  • Is defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or obscene.
  • Promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups where prohibited by law.
  • Contains sexually explicit content, exploitation, or content involving minors.
  • Encourages illegal activity, unsafe conduct, or dangerous misuse of vessels or waterways.
  • Infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of another party.
  • Includes malware, malicious links, or instructions intended to compromise devices or accounts.
  • Discloses personal information of another person without authorization.

Reel Adventure Booking may treat repeated submission of prohibited content as a serious violation warranting suspension or termination.

6.2 Accuracy and Transparency Requirements

All content must be truthful and not misleading by omission. Listings must accurately represent Trips, pricing, availability, inclusions, exclusions, meeting location information, capacity limitations, cancellation terms disclosed at checkout, and any material safety or operational restrictions.

Customers may not submit content that misrepresents the nature of a Booking, party size, eligibility, or the facts underlying a dispute or complaint. Captains and Operators may not misstate licensing status, vessel registration status, insurance coverage, trip capabilities, or the scope of services offered.

6.3 Responsibility for User-Submitted Content

You are solely responsible for content you submit and for ensuring you have the legal right to submit it. You represent that any content you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not violate any third-party rights.

If you submit content on behalf of a business or group, you represent that you have authority to do so and that the content accurately reflects the business's services and compliance status.

6.4 Platform Rights to Review, Remove, and Restrict Content

Reel Adventure Booking reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to review, monitor, remove, restrict, or disable access to content for any reason, including where content:

  • Violates this Policy or applicable Terms.
  • Creates safety risk or marketplace integrity risk.
  • Is suspected to be fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful.
  • Is subject to a legal complaint or regulatory request.
  • Interferes with Platform functionality or user trust.

Content moderation decisions may be made without notice where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or preserve Platform security.

6.5 Reviews, Ratings, and Public Feedback

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences and must not be used as tools for extortion, retaliation, coercion, or manipulation. Users may not submit fake reviews, coordinate review campaigns, trade reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or pressure others to remove or change reviews.

Captains and Operators may respond to reviews in a professional manner, but may not disclose personal data, threaten reviewers, or use review responses to solicit off-platform bookings or payments.

6.6 Document Upload Standards

Where the Platform permits document uploads, including licensing credentials, vessel registration, insurance documents, and related compliance records, all documents must be authentic, current, unaltered, and submitted in good faith. Submitting forged, edited, misleading, or unauthorized documents is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. Security and Technical Misuse

You may not use the Platform in any manner that compromises, attempts to compromise, or interferes with the security, stability, or technical operation of the Platform or related systems. Reel Adventure Booking maintains security controls to protect Platform infrastructure and user data, and any attempt to bypass or undermine these controls is strictly prohibited.

7.1 Unauthorized Access and System Interference

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other user accounts, databases, servers, payment systems, identity verification tools, or supporting infrastructure. Prohibited conduct includes hacking, password mining, credential stuffing, probing, scanning, or exploiting vulnerabilities.

You may not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform, including by introducing excessive traffic, launching denial of service activity, overloading systems, or intentionally attempting to degrade Platform performance.

7.2 Circumvention of Security Controls

You may not bypass, disable, manipulate, or interfere with authentication mechanisms, encryption protocols, access controls, fraud prevention tools, or monitoring systems used by the Platform. You may not attempt to mask identity, disguise location, or conceal activity for the purpose of evading enforcement or detection.

7.3 Reverse Engineering and System Exploitation

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or underlying logic from any part of the Platform. You may not exploit software bugs, configuration errors, or technical weaknesses for personal gain or to harm other users or the Platform. If you discover a security vulnerability, you must report it to Reel Adventure Booking and may not disclose or exploit it.

7.4 Introduction of Harmful Code or Tools

You may not upload, transmit, deploy, or distribute malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, keyloggers, or other harmful or destructive code through or in connection with the Platform. You may not use the Platform to distribute phishing links, deceptive scripts, or tools designed to steal credentials, payment information, or personal data.

7.5 Monitoring and Investigation

Reel Adventure Booking may monitor Platform systems, logs, and network activity to detect and investigate security threats, fraud, abuse, and technical misuse. Where misuse is detected or suspected, Reel Adventure Booking may restrict access, preserve evidence, cooperate with service providers, and notify law enforcement or regulators where appropriate.

8. Payment and Financial Misuse

All payment activity conducted through the Platform must be legitimate, authorized, and performed in good faith. Reel Adventure Booking uses secure third-party payment processing systems to protect transactions, and any attempt to misuse financial features or payment infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

8.1 No Payment Fraud or Unauthorized Transactions

You may not use unauthorized payment methods, stolen financial instruments, or another person's payment credentials to conduct transactions on the Platform. You may not submit payments or payout details that you do not have legal authority to use.

Captains and Operators may not attempt to divert Customer payments outside the Platform except where the Platform explicitly permits in-person payment of a disclosed Remaining Balance. Any attempt to collect deposits, advance payments, or undisclosed fees outside the Platform is prohibited.

8.2 No Chargeback or Refund Abuse

You may not initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or refund requests in bad faith. Prohibited conduct includes disputing valid charges without legitimate grounds, submitting false claims about Trip completion, misrepresenting service delivery, or attempting to obtain free services through payment disputes.

8.3 No Fee Avoidance or Platform Circumvention

You may not attempt to avoid Platform fees through off-platform transactions, cancellation and rebooking schemes, false dispute filings, or manipulation of Listing or Booking structures. Any arrangement designed to deprive the Platform of agreed fees is prohibited.

8.4 No Financial Account Manipulation

You may not create multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers, payout systems, referral programs, or pricing errors. You may not manipulate payout settings, Stripe Connect configurations, or banking details to conceal ownership, evade enforcement actions, or redirect funds improperly.

8.5 Cooperation in Financial Investigations

Where payment disputes, fraud signals, or suspicious activity arise, you must cooperate with reasonable information requests from Reel Adventure Booking or payment service providers. Failure to cooperate may result in account restriction, payout holds, Booking cancellation, or termination of access.

9. Safety and Emergency Misuse

The Platform includes safety-related features, reporting channels, and review processes designed to protect Customers, Captains, Operators, and the public. These tools must be used honestly and responsibly. Any misuse of safety systems undermines trust and may place others at risk.

9.1 No False Safety Reports or Fabricated Incidents

You may not submit false, exaggerated, or fabricated safety reports, emergency alerts, or incident claims. You may not intentionally misrepresent facts surrounding a Trip incident, injury, vessel condition, or operational concern in order to obtain refunds, avoid liability, or harm another user.

9.2 No Misuse of Emergency or Escalation Features

Where the Platform provides emergency contact tools, safety escalation channels, or urgent reporting mechanisms, you may use them only for legitimate safety concerns. Using emergency features for non-emergency matters, harassment, retaliation, or testing without authorization is prohibited.

9.3 No Creation of Unsafe Conditions

Captains and Operators may not intentionally create or allow unsafe Trip conditions, operate vessels in violation of safety laws, disregard weather warnings, exceed capacity limits, operate without required safety equipment, or conduct Trips without valid credentials and insurance.

Customers may not intentionally engage in unsafe behavior during a Trip, ignore reasonable safety instructions, interfere with vessel operations, or encourage reckless conduct.

9.4 Cooperation in Safety Investigations

All users must cooperate in good faith with safety investigations, incident reviews, insurance inquiries, and regulatory reporting where required. You may not destroy evidence, falsify information, intimidate witnesses, or obstruct reasonable investigative requests.

9.5 Platform Safety Enforcement

Reel Adventure Booking may suspend or restrict accounts, cancel Listings or Bookings, withhold payouts, or refer matters to authorities where safety violations are suspected. Safety-related enforcement may occur without advance notice where necessary to prevent harm.

10. Document and Credential Integrity

The Platform relies on accurate documentation and verified credentials to maintain safety, regulatory compliance, and marketplace trust. Any submission of documents or credentials through the Platform must be truthful, authentic, and current. Misrepresentation in this area is treated as a serious violation.

10.1 Authenticity of Submitted Documents

Captains and Operators must submit only genuine, complete, and unaltered documentation, including captain licenses, MMC credentials, vessel registrations, certificates of insurance, business records, and any other compliance materials required by the Platform.

You may not upload forged, edited, expired, stolen, borrowed, or misleading documents. You may not submit documents belonging to another person or business unless you are legally authorized to do so.

10.2 No Impersonation or Identity Misrepresentation

You may not impersonate another Captain, Operator, business entity, or user. You may not create accounts or Listings under false identities or use another party's credentials to obtain access to the Platform.

Any attempt to conceal true ownership, operational control, or business identity is prohibited.

10.3 Duty to Maintain Current Records

Captains and Operators must keep compliance documents current and accurate. Expired licenses, lapsed insurance, or outdated registrations must be replaced promptly. Continuing to list or operate Trips while knowingly non-compliant is prohibited.

10.4 Verification and Audit Cooperation

Reel Adventure Booking may review, verify, and audit submitted documents at any time. You must cooperate with reasonable requests for clarification, re-submission, or supporting evidence. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension, Listing removal, payout holds, or termination.

10.5 Consequences of False Documentation

Submission of false or misleading documents may result in immediate account suspension or termination, cancellation of Listings and Bookings, forfeiture of payouts where legally permitted, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

11. Platform Integrity and System Abuse

The Platform operates as a managed marketplace designed to provide fair visibility, reliable transactions, and trusted interactions between Customers and Captains. Any attempt to distort Platform operations, manipulate marketplace outcomes, or exploit technical or procedural weaknesses is strictly prohibited.

11.1 No Marketplace Manipulation

You may not engage in conduct designed to artificially influence search results, ranking systems, review scores, booking volume metrics, or Listing visibility. Prohibited activities include coordinated fake traffic, artificial engagement, false bookings, or use of automated tools intended to boost marketplace position.

11.2 No Exploitation of Errors or Vulnerabilities

You may not exploit pricing errors, software bugs, configuration mistakes, or operational loopholes to obtain financial advantage, free services, or unfair competitive benefit. If you discover a system error or vulnerability, you must report it promptly and may not attempt to profit from it.

11.3 No Abuse of Dispute or Support Systems

You may not misuse support channels, dispute systems, complaint procedures, or review moderation processes to harass others, delay legitimate payments, avoid obligations, or pressure unfair outcomes. Filing repeated baseless complaints or disputes is prohibited.

11.4 No Interference with Platform Governance

You may not obstruct Platform enforcement actions, attempt to intimidate Platform staff, encourage others to violate Platform policies, or coordinate efforts to undermine Platform rules or monitoring systems.

11.5 Preservation of Evidence

Where misuse, fraud, safety incidents, or disputes are under review, you may not delete records, alter communications, falsify documentation, or take steps intended to conceal relevant information.

12. Enforcement and Consequences

Reel Adventure Booking reserves the right to enforce this Acceptable Use Policy to protect Platform integrity, user safety, and legal compliance. Enforcement actions may be taken when Reel Adventure Booking reasonably determines that a violation has occurred or that conduct creates risk to the Platform or its users.

12.1 Monitoring and Investigation

Reel Adventure Booking may monitor Platform activity, review communications, analyze transaction patterns, and investigate reports of misuse, fraud, safety concerns, or policy violations. Where necessary, we may request additional information or documentation from users to support an investigation.

12.2 Restriction, Suspension, and Termination

If a violation of this Policy is identified or reasonably suspected, Reel Adventure Booking may take enforcement actions including:

  • Issuing warnings or requiring corrective action.
  • Restricting account features or messaging access.
  • Removing Listings or canceling Bookings.
  • Suspending or terminating user accounts.
  • Withholding or delaying payouts where permitted by law.

Enforcement may occur without prior notice where necessary to prevent harm, fraud, or security risks.

12.3 Financial and Booking Consequences

Where misuse involves payment abuse, off-platform circumvention, false documentation, or fraud, Reel Adventure Booking may cancel Bookings, deny refunds, reverse promotional credits, withhold payouts, or recover fees owed, to the extent permitted by applicable law and payment provider rules.

12.4 Legal and Regulatory Cooperation

Reel Adventure Booking may preserve records, share relevant information with payment processors, insurers, legal counsel, regulators, or law enforcement where required by law or where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, safety incidents, or legal violations.

12.5 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of this Policy in a particular instance does not waive the right to enforce it in the future or limit Reel Adventure Booking's authority to take action for similar or related conduct.

13. Reporting Violations

Reel Adventure Booking encourages users to report suspected misuse, fraud, safety concerns, or violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. Timely reporting helps protect Customers, Captains, Operators, and the overall integrity of the Platform.

Reports may be submitted through the support or reporting tools provided on the Platform. Where possible, reports should include relevant details such as Booking references, Listing information, screenshots, communication records, or other information that may assist in reviewing the issue.

Users who submit reports are expected to provide truthful information. Submitting knowingly false reports is itself a violation of this Policy.

Reel Adventure Booking may review reports, request additional information, and take appropriate action based on the findings. The Platform may take steps to protect reporting users from retaliation where appropriate, but cannot guarantee confidentiality in all circumstances, particularly where disclosure is required by law or necessary for investigation.

14. Changes to This Policy

Reel Adventure Booking may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Platform features, legal requirements, security practices, or operational standards. When updates are made, the Effective Date at the top of this Policy will be revised.

If changes are material, Reel Adventure Booking may provide additional notice through the Platform, account notifications, or other reasonable communication methods. Continued access to or use of the Platform after an updated Policy is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

If you do not agree with an updated Acceptable Use Policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account, subject to completion of any pending Bookings and outstanding obligations.

15. Contact Information

Questions, concerns, or reports relating to this Acceptable Use Policy may be submitted through the support or contact channels provided on the Platform website or within your account dashboard.

Reel Adventure Booking will review inquiries within a reasonable timeframe and may request additional information where necessary to investigate or respond to a report. Identity verification may be required before responding to certain requests in order to protect Platform users and data.
