Opt-In and Consent

You provide consent to receive SMS when you enter your phone number during account creation, booking checkout, or when you explicitly subscribe via our forms. The consent text presented at the time of opt-in states:

• Reel Adventure Booking: Reminder—your charter departs tomorrow at 6:00 AM from Clearwater Marina. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
