At Kilo Whiskey Charters, we specialize in private Key West fishing adventures built around local knowledge, comfort, and a great day on the water. Led by Capt. Anthony Del Valle, our trips are designed for anglers of all experience levels — from first-time fishermen and families with kids to seasoned anglers looking for serious action. Depending on the season, conditions, and your goals for the day, we target a wide variety of Key West species, including mahi mahi, amberjack, grouper, kingfish, sailfish, yellowtail snapper, pompano, shark, swordfish, blue marlin, and more. Our fishing styles include trolling, bottom fishing, light tackle, heavy tackle, live bait fishing, and, when conditions allow, kite fishing. Every trip is customized to the group. Whether you want a fun family outing, a laid-back day on the reef, or a shot at bigger offshore fish, Capt. Anthony uses his experience to put you in the best position for success while keeping the trip safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. You’ll fish aboard our 33’ SeaVee center console, a clean, capable, and well-equipped boat built for Key West waters. The vessel accommodates up to 6 passengers and includes a toilet on board for added comfort. We provide quality rods, reels, tackle, lures, live bait when needed, bottled water, and your fishing license for the day. Any legal fish you choose to keep is yours to take home, and we’ll clean your catch at the dock. Some species are subject to size limits, harvest limits, and seasonal closures, and we’ll make sure everything is handled properly and within regulations. Guests should bring sunglasses, non-spray sunscreen, snacks, and any drinks they’d like for the day. Alcohol is welcome in moderation, but please avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.
