Reviews: timing, eligibility, and visibility (overview)

Reviews are tied to real bookings. When you can leave a review and when it appears can depend on booking completion and review eligibility rules.

States & eligibility (why you might not be able to review yet)

Common reasons you can’t leave or see a review immediately:

  • The booking is not Completed yet.
  • The booking was Cancelled (eligibility may differ).
  • The review is in a pending state (moderation/dispute handling can affect visibility).

Steps

  1. Confirm the booking status is Completed.
  2. Check your reviews area in your dashboard (Member or Captain).
  3. If you need to report a review issue, use the reporting flow in the reviews articles.

Fix it fast

  • No review button: confirm the booking status and ensure you’re signed into the correct role.
  • Review not visible: allow some time for visibility timing; if it still doesn’t appear, contact support with booking ID + review details.
