Summary
Most sign-in issues come from using the wrong email, an unverified email/phone, or a password reset email that was blocked or expired.
What this means
If you can’t sign in, start by confirming the email address and whether you’re trying to sign into the correct role (Member vs Captain vs Operator).
States & eligibility (why sign-in behaves differently)
- Wrong role: you may have multiple accounts with different emails. Dashboards differ by role.
- Unverified: some flows may require email/phone verification before you can proceed.
- Link expired: password reset links can expire.
Steps
- Confirm the email address you used to create your account.
- Try a password reset again and check:
- Spam/Junk/Promotions folders
- Any corporate email filters
- If you have multiple roles, sign out and sign back in with the email tied to the correct role.
Fix it fast
- No reset email: wait a few minutes, then retry once; check spam; use a personal email if your work email blocks automated mail.
- Reset link expired: request a new reset email and use the most recent one.
