My booking status is confusing or looks stuck

Booking statuses reflect where your booking is in the request/accept/complete flow. A “stuck” status is often just waiting on the next step (captain response, payment step, or completion).

States & eligibility (most common blockers)

  • Requested: waiting for captain acceptance. Some changes/actions may be limited until accepted.
  • Accepted: trip is confirmed; meeting details and payment timing apply.
  • Cancelled: refund timing depends on policy and payment processor timelines.
  • Completed: review eligibility and visibility timing apply.

Steps

  1. Open your booking details and confirm the current status.
  2. If Requested, wait for the captain response or message the captain with a specific question.
  3. If Accepted, confirm any amounts due and review trip-day details.
  4. If Cancelled or Completed, use the appropriate article for refunds or reviews.

Fix it fast

  • Nothing changed after you acted: refresh and confirm you’re signed into the correct account.
